Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom, made-to-order items.
All of our products-including tee shirts, sweatshirts, pillows, and tote bags-are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for resasons such as incorrect size selection or buyer's remorse.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us imediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos of the issue.
If your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes all made-to-order merchandise sold through our store.
Refunds
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Sizing Disclaimer
Please refer to the sizing charts provided for each apparel item. As all items are custom printed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing.
